distance sessions

One of the amazing things about working at an energetic level is distance is not a problem.  Skype and FaceTime is a really useful tool and I've worked with clients nationally and internationally with positive feedback.  I work in two ways - via video calling (a live session) or I can generate the necessary work, email the details and the client then processes the corrections in their own time.

cancellation policy/missed appointment

If you need to cancel or rearrange  a session please notify me 48 hours before the appointment time. A session cancelled after this time will incur a £30 charge. A missed appointment will incur the full fee.  Late arrival for an appointment may mean a shorter session which will still be charged at the full rate. Thank you.
